Why Hop It Forward?
Kindness, made visible
Good deeds happen around us all the time, but we rarely get to see them. This experiment leaves a trail you can follow.
Like Flat Stanley, but for kindness
Kids mail a paper Flat Stanley to friends and family and track where he travels. Hop It Forward does the same with good deeds: one card, passed hand to hand, leaving a trail on a map.
A reminder in your pocket
Carrying a Hop Card nudges you to look for a chance to do something kind — and then to pass it on.
Keep it going
Small good deeds matter. The whole point is to keep doing them for each other.
Kindness ideas, if you need one
Bake cookies for a neighbor.
Idea 1 of 57
Start a chain of your own
